Discover the secret of St. Helena

Almost 2 000 km from the African coast and 3 500 km from Brazil rises in the middle of the open sea St. Helena, island of sailors and astronomers, of history and contrasts. The volcanic island with the characteristic profile and the bright colors was once Portuguese, then Dutch, before it came in 1657 in the possession of the British East India Company.

It is one of the most remote islands in the world and the notorious exile of Napoleon in the period from 1815 until his death in 1821. But St. Helena is much more. As a haven for the liberated African slaves, she played an important role in the abolition of slavery, which few know today. For centuries, the island fortress served as the base for the ships of the East India Company on its route, until it lost its strategic importance through the opening of the Suez Canal.

And today’s visitor is enchanted by the genuine warmth of the locals, the original biodiversity and beautiful underwater world. Finally, the island impresses with its healthy climate, an undreamt-of wealth of plants and flowers, the purity of the spices and the exciting variety of fragrances that permeate and sustainably characterize all INVINCIBLE ESPRIT spirits.

INVINCIBLE
The authenticity aromas of vanilla dwells at length on the palate, giving way to fruity notes with subtle spicy notes. INVINCIBLE is the only eau-de-vie produced and bottled by the distillery on the island of St. Helena.
An exceptional vintage of only 1,000 bottles, all numbered by hand. The next batch will go on sale in 2021.

White Lion, Rum
Saints‘ called „gunpowder in a glass“, a rum reported by sailors in the 17th century. The fruity and woody notes of the lush volcanic soil fade, leaving a roasted and caramelized taste sensation. The only rum produced and bottled by the distillery on the island of St. Helena. Smooth and authentic.

Midnight Mist, Liqueur
A sweet black coffee liqueur, born of the infusion Tipped Bourbon Arabica Green originating from the Red Sea coast, initially imported back in 1732 by the East India Company. Liqueur stand frank woody vanilla notes, a slight hint of candied fruit.

Jamestown Gin
With wild St. Helena‘s juniper. The softness of juniper and subtle citrus notes, which filled the generous island of St. Helena, offering a balanced and authentic gin. The authenticity and balance of Jamestown Gin are revealed by a unique process of slow infusion distillery in the heart of the island.

Tunga, Cactus Fruit
Fruity notes of aromatic plants stand and give off a subtle refreshing potential. Spirit produced exclusively on the island of St. Helena, since 1881. Accompanying shipments of ivory from East Africa, the Saints quickly adopted and then improved with their cactus pear or prickly pears, which they quickly nicknamed „Tungis“.
